Role Description

Are you a UX/UI Designer looking for a new home in a leading product environment? You are probably an experienced user experience designer who also has top notch visual/user interface skills and be happy to work in a role that requires high level of execution in both areas.

You will be responsible for improving the design and user experience across our websites.

- Act as a UX UI Designer/Architect hybrid

- Create an end-to-end experience based on the core website's current functionality

- Responsible for everything from the user interface, user journey mapping, prototyping and be able to keep the "big picture" mindset with site design, creating a interwoven site experience with clean flow, well-versed in best UX/UI practices

- Work with a cross functional team using Agile methodology to define user stories and necessary UX/UI deliverables

- Turn requirements into simple and intuitive interfaces for the end user

- Create protocols and conduct usability testing to identify issues and opportunities for improvements

- Responsible presenting design and architecture ideas

- Prepare UX documentation (navigational flows, wire frames, mock-ups, use cases, task flows prototypes, etc.)

- Collect and action UX feedback from customers/end users and manage changes to UX deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

Skills & Experience

- 5 years of UI/UX experience

- Degree in human computer interaction, human factors engineering, computer science, visual design, interaction design

- Knowledge and proficiency with in industry standard UI/UX software including: Adobe XD, Caravel, or like tools

- Ability to communicate conceptual ideas

- Creative thinker exhibiting a range of varied styles and techniques

- Online portfolio
