As a senior member of the Product team, you will be a key player in the development of Lalalab’s activity online. You will be part of a team whose everyday’s mission says it all : “spread joy by printing and delivering great moments directly from your smartphone straight to your door”.

Under the responsibility of our Head of Product, you will work with our UX / UI designer on user experience optimization for core features, actively participate to product roadmap definition and ensure that the new features & functionalities meet LALALAB.’s goals & intended vision. You will also be working hand in hand with the PO team as well as our backend & frontend engineers.

Your key responsibilities will include :

Framing user journeys and solving problems that take user needs and technology into account considering our brand image Collaborating with our Head of Product, Head of Data and Tech team during conception and integration phases Distilling ideas and influence others to build consensus around user design decisions. Collaborating with our UX / UI designer, product owners and developers to maintain design consistency and coherence across our product ecosystem Thinking about the needs to create a product design system for all our platforms and implement your strategy Being proactive in team animation and mentoring of our UX / UI designer.

Profil recherché

You have 5+ years of experience as mobile product designer Bonus points if you have experience in m-commerce and if you already had to manage UX / UI designer(s) You have experience with usability testing and other methods of gathering user feedback You have a strong product and design culture You have skills with design tools (Sketch, Invision, Zeplin…) You are dynamic, curious and always looking to expand your skills You have strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication
