OVHcloud is seeking a Lead UX Designer to join our Global Design and CX (Customer Experience) growing team. You will be responsible for creating high quality experiences across all the customer's touchpoints. This position works in close collaboration with our France-based and International teams.

#MISSIONS

Collaborate with Products, Marketing and Ecommerce teams to deliver visions of new product launches, new services, and global experience improvement.Document and optimize the customer journeys for our different type of clients (B2B, B2C, B2B2B, B2B2C).Constantly enrich our customer knowledge by conducting client interviews, prototype testing and co-creation processes.Collaborate with the UI team in order to deliver experiences compliant with our industrial processes and CMS constraints.Sharpen your industry knowledge of the global cloud and tech competitive space, as well as OVHcloud's product and service offerings.

#PROFILE

Education: Master in the field of Design, UX/UI, and/or web design preferred.Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position.Mastery of user centric techniques (CJ, Persona definition, Design Thinking).Knowledge in Adobe XD or another prototyping tool.English proficiency: Capability to conduct and lead workshops in an international context, interview native English speakers fluently. Work experience abroad would be a plus.An online portfolio or work samples are required for consideration.
