Job description

Within a strong International growth context, SimpliField wishes to recruit a Lead UX/Designer.

As a Lead UX/Designer, you will be responsible for designing the UX and UI for all customer flows and touch-points within our solution across web and mobile. You will report to the Lead PM.

We are an extremely design-oriented organization. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, passionate about modern design principles and patterns, detail-oriented, will work to fully understand the impact that SimpliField have on our customers, and will obsess over design and app polish to deliver a world-class experience that delights the end-user.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, Product Marketing Manager) Use different exploratory tools and methods to identify real user problems Build smart, scalable and consistent experiences for our consumer-facing mobile and mobile applications Develop interaction designs informed by customer interaction and product requirements Create design documentation and prototypes for sharing your work with both new and informed stakeholders Act as an advocate for our users, both within the product team and the rest of the organization Leverage what our customers are thinking and turn those insights into best-in-class user experiences Distill ideas, clearly communicate them, influence others, build consensus and articulate the “why” of design decisions Visualize responsive user interface concepts cleanly and efficiently Ensure a consistent look and feel throughout our solution

Preferred experience

Qualifications

3-5 years of hands-on user experience design
Previous experience in designing mobile/web apps
Fluency in French and English
Experience with the design of enterprise SaaS products
A love for every UX touch point from pixels, to micro interaction, content and research
Excitement to be the voice of design with visibility across our entire organization
A passion to always seek out new design tools and methods to make our lean design and agile processes better and faster
Experienced in customer research and usability testing
Team-player mindset, comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary team
