Job Summary:

Under the direction of the VP of Product and with the help of the UX lead, you're in charge of the experience across all of the Synthesio suite of products. You'll work with all the product managers to evolve your creations from the business need to the deployment.

Responsibilities:

Your role is mainly to produce high quality wireframes, mockups or designs for the roadmap projects in an iterative manner.

You'll need a great comprehensive understanding of your users' requirements as well as a strong methodology to approach the most effective solution. The goal of this work is as much to provide a first guideline as it is to showcase what the product team is trying to build in order to gather early feedback from selected customers. You'll work with all product managers to transform their brief or interface zoning into mockups detailing the entire user flow. You'll work by iterations until the integration phase by the front-end engineering team. You'll review all integration work and provide feedback if it doesn't comply with your design. Using qualitative and quantitative data, you'll continually identify user experience issues or problems on browsers, mobile, touchscreens and propose a solution to product managers. You will take part to product launches workshop led by the marketing department. You will develop and evolve our freshly released design system

Allow our users to have more and more hybrid data sources Allow our users to provide feedback on our data science enrichments (logo detection and scene analysis in pictures, sentiment and emotion automatic detection, spam detection…) Improve our real time data visualisation used in conventions and lobby. Propose a deep and customizable UX that automatically detects trends in a very large data set Merge our products in a suite of software

Qualifications:

+2 years of professional experience designing consumer or SaaS applications Great experience in user-centered design methodology including user research, design research, prototyping and detailed design You prefer to release iterations of your work rather than a long research phase to allow others to react to your propositions Expertise in graphic design practices, workflow, and software with emphasis on data visualisation (turning data into knowledge) Deep knowledge of modern web UI patterns and antipatterns A portfolio that showcases your work and your role on projects - with examples of functional designs that you have developed from concept through final delivery A UI skill is not needed but would be a solid plus
