As a Digital Solution Designer, you will BE in charge of the digital solutions that Thales is offering to banks and financial institutions in order to drive the issuance of physical payment card in branches, or in the personalization center of the bank.
Key responsibilities :
- You will BE responsible for the definition of the roadmap in order to address the market needs identified by the Business Owners of our Card Issuance offers.
- You will identify the key requirements, the « personas » that are involved, their specificities and their journeys in order to define the sequence diagrams of the solution and the features to BE implemented, including their prioritization.
- You will BE a key support to the Business Owners and Sales forces to contribute to presales processes whenever they are complex or non-standard.
- You will define Customer journey and Solution Sequence diagrams.
- You will define solution milestones.
- You will manage Scrum Epics & priorities.
- You will define Solution industrialization process.
- You will track roadmap progresses in relationship with Product Owners.
Our requirements :
- We are looking for someone with 5+ years of industry experience, with a combination of product/solution management, project management and/or software architecture.
- You need to have a good knowledge of Cloud, Web and mobile technologies.
- If you additionally have an experience working on Physical Card issuance, payment application personalization and EMV standards, IT would BE even better.
- To succeed at this job you should have good leadership skills and BE comfortable with taking decisions and managing exchanges with cross-functional teams.
- Also, experience in working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team with an iterative process and an agile development methodology, would BE essential to this role.
- Additionally, experiences in B2B banking market would BE an asset.
- As you will cooperate with various people, you must have highly developed interpersonal and effective communication & presentation skills with a customer focused approach.
- To perform your daily duties fluent English is necessary.
- You should have an engineering degree - preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
