Position summary

As a member of the Witbe R&D Department, you will join the UIX Team and work closely with the rest of the department on a daily basis.

You will be based in our Paris office.

Key responsibilities

Interact with our users to better understand how they use our products and find pain points thanks to different UX research methods. Create user experiences for new product features through a design process. Design prototype for early UX testing. Design High-Res view for developers to implement. Help improve our Design System.

Beside these daily tasks, as part of the R&D department, we expect the following of you:

Understand the product. We encourage our designers to understand how the Product will profit the Customer and to propose improvements. Be empathetic toward any potential end-users. Debate, design and plan what will go in the product as part of regular planning sessions. Learn new skills when facing new challenges. Help your coworkers to become more efficient and to improve over time. Guarantee a regular quality delivery.

What do we use to work?

As a UI/UX Designer you will work on most of the products (internal and customer facing). We use the Adobe Suite to achieve our work (XD and Ai mostly).

Profile

2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer Curious, enthusiastic and always willing to learn Open minded and capable of great empathy Prioritize accessibility over pixel perfect Familiar with UX Research and interested in Design Systems Excellent written and oral skills in both English and French
