About the role

You will be based in our Nanterre office, working daily with the R&D team and be part of the Product Team (which is composed of a product manager, a lead UI/UX designer, UI/UX designer and Product Owner).

Your typical day to day tasks as a UI/UX Designer includes, but are not limited to:

Interact with our users to better understand how they use our products and find pain points thanks to different UX research methods.Create user experiences for new product features through a design process.Designing prototypes for early UX testing.Designing High-Res view for developers to implement.Take part in our design system.Challenge and be challenged on design choices.

Beside these daily tasks, as part of the R&D department, we expect the following of you:

Understand the product. We expect our designers to proactively propose improvements to the product.Express great empathy toward any users.Debate, design, and plan what will go in the product as part of regular planning sessions.Use your skills to improve the products and learn new skills when facing new challenges.Help your coworkers to become more efficient and to improve over time.Guarantee rigorous yet regular delivery.

What do we use to work?

As a UI/UX Designer you will work on most of the products (internal and customer facing). We use Figma to achieve our work.In order to test design prototypes, we use Maze.A little knowledge of Excel is a plus.
