The CMO platform is regrouping Sales, marketing, research, innovation and revenue management for Europe.

Revenue Management team is responsible for optimizing the revenue within Aperam in Europe and is defining the selling price of our products for Europe.

Mission

Within the Revenue Management team you will make analysis to support our pricing strategy and help us in the development of our pricing projects.

You will participate in the continuous analysis of our pricing policies in Europe and help us to find levers to increase our performance.

Main Responsibilities

Weekly analysis of pricing for S&S in Europe (Data analysis, slides, price deviations)
Support the definition of pricing in Europe and price differentiation
Create and maintain dashboard with BI tools (PowerBI) to automate analysis and help the business
Continuously analyze the performance (pricing, margin) and find new levers for growth
Contribute to the creation of Big Data pricing tool in Europe (development, change management)
Participate in analysis (volume, market share, price, margin) for strategic projects in cooperation with marketing department
Work in collaboration with e-business team to improve our pricing through digital channel

You will be in contact with the Sales network (Director and sales team), commercial controlling, marketing and some other departments through projects.

Profile:

2/3 years of experience
Business school and/or Engineer school
Analytics skills and comfortable with data & tools (Excel, BI tools)
Business oriented, ideally with a first small project management experience
Fluent English (80% of meeting, mails) and ideally another Aperam language
