What will your essential responsibilities include?

Play a major role in the delivery of strategic projects and business processes, support the Chief Distribution Officer and the Head of Brokers and Distribution Performance Management
Prepare and coordinate the creation of summary reports, translations, papers, presentations, etc. and Produce Monthly Business Report
Participate in Axiom governance (data quality, broker & client Grouping, processing lag, training) and to AXIOM tool development
Prepare and work on External & Internal Broker Pulse Surveys & analytics
Analyze of market data and contribute to develop a data culture

You will report to the Head of Brokers and Distribution Performance Management and regularly engage with the APAC and Europe Distribution Community

SHARE your talent

We’re looking for someone who has these qualifications and skills:

Strong technical data knowledg in Excel, Power BI to manage complex, extratct and analyse complex data, knowledge of AXIOM would be a plus.
Data analytic mindset, convinced that what is not measured is not managed? You also show a good understanding of the insurance market and financial KPIs.
Project management experience – planning, organizing, executing, and following-through. You know how to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders.
Great understanding of the business to challenge the status quo and engage with Subject Matter Experts to analyze data.
Strong interpersonnal and relationship skills, ability to interact effectively with different internal departments and external clients and brokers.
Good english command, excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills (including power point)
Strong values of collaboration in a multicultural environnement. You encourage the sharing of information, knowledge and best practices.
