The core objective of the Product Owner role is to maximize the value of our Customer facing technologies, being the business and technology interface, responsible for backlog management, functionality and planning, and helping the organization to identify, develop and integrate the technologies required to deliver the BSC strategies.

This position is core member of the Multichannel Center of Excellence in EMEA, which is part of the Business Strategy and Commercial Excellence division and will report to the Multichannel Program Manager, EMEA.

Product Owner responsability Product Owner is responsible for managing, developing, improving and helping drive the adoption of a technology product or platform. The Product Owner understands both commercial business processes and is an expert on the product. He/she is expected to understand the needs of all the business unit user groups that share a common platform. He / she is required to help optimize the process and then translate these business needs into technical requirements using an Agile framework. Through these steps, the Product Owner helps influence the business unit’s commercial or business process and links this as capabilities & requirements through the BSC Platform development life cycle effort (planning, design, development, testing, roll-out, adoption and change management) while providing focus on business measurable value. They will be accountable to capture, then analyze business requirements from both internal stakeholders and customers for the sales-cloud integrated e-detail solutions and the Community platform

Project Management responsabilities This role will assist the core project team evaluate existing and discovery new requirements, and ensure the capabilities asked for by the business are delivered through User Acceptance Testing Responsible for the development, delivery, and support for internal and external system integrations Documents story details. Leads backlog grooming to decompose/estimate stories Attends scrum meetings, demos stand-ups & retrospectives Approves mock-ups & UX design Leads and coordinates all Business Testing Provides guidance and advice on considerations that may affect platform usability and customer experience Collaborates with other POs at Program Level, IT, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, etc. for project planning, analysis of requirements, and to outline proposed solutions Manage the end-to-end governance process for their product team Own and update the RACI matrix and the RAID log and ensure timely reminders to the team and its stakeholders and vendors, subject to approval by the PMO Regularly review progress to check if the project management methodology is being correctly used

Provide first level user support and escalate/manage unresolved issues Provide input and support around training and communication Collaborate on custom reports and support custom data requests Measure user adoption and other success measures Develop, implement and monitor consistent KPIs across Divisions for the tools being implemented Provide advice and guidance on the platform Dashboards which monitor performance against defined KIPs

Collaborative and flexible working with a diverse team Both business savvy and technically savvy SME for the product they own (need to identify & build as the Commercial Platform life cycle progresses) Understand voice of business/users by maintaining and prioritizing the needs to ensure that the team is working on projects that maximize business value and deliver necessary solutions and functionality to end users. Experience with database schema design, data cleansing/appending, data exporting Strong functional feature and admin activity related knowledge & experience on Marketing Automation Systems (e.g.: Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo) or similar platforms Experience with E-detail platforms (e.g. i-briefcase, showpad) Skilled in the use of MS Word and MS Excel at an intermediate level, and a variety of project management tools.
