Purpose

Attracting the right talent for BSC in EMEA is a key differentiator for the company’s growth and embedded in the EMEA Strategy plan. The purpose of the EMEA TA Manager role is to provide consultation and input regarding the design, development, implementation and execution of the company's hiring strategy, programs and policies in support of the organizations business objectives. The role reports to the EMEA Talent Management Director and leads a team of 6 in the region.

Responsibilities

Based on business needs and industry trends, lead the development of Talent Acquisition strategies in EMEA designed to meet company requirements and aligning with the overall EMEA HR strategy. Lead and execute the defined TA strategies, ensuring key stakeholders are involved, informed and educated. Provide meaningful, accurate and business-oriented Talent Acquisition metrics and data (TA scorecard) that enable senior leaders to understand the work of the Talent Acquisition organization and assist them in forecasting future staffing trends/needs. Work with region HR Business Partners and the Senior Leadership Team, to develop talent acquisition plans that reflect current and future hiring needs and skill gaps. Manage the EMEA Talent Acquisition team to defined performance goals and outcomes: ensure efficient process development and consistent execution for sourcing, recruiting, talent pipeline development and selection processes; ensure every interaction with the Talent Acquisition team is a high-quality experience for the hiring managers and applicants Manage directly, the recruitment for senior-level positions, both directly and in some cases by leveraging outside agencies, and as such interface with the Senior Leadership Team. Sit as part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, representing EMEA and supporting Global TA initiatives. Work closely with the European Talent Management team to ensure alignment on internal talent pipelines. Assess the feasibility of Graduate Recruitment Programs in EMEA and pilot a programme in the business. Manage relationship with EMEA Preferred Supplied Partners (i.e. contracts, service levels and relationship management) Stay abreast with external market factors affecting our business areas, identify new practices/trends, and leverage data to improve processes

Candidate Profile

In depth functional knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies and practices Knowledge of the EMEA environment/landscape and how to navigate in a highly matrixed function (Regions, Countries, Divisions) Previous experience of supervising or managing diverse teams, in a remote environment. Solutions oriented approach Excellent relationship and network building skills Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
