The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager leads the talent acquisition function in Europe & IMEA. They are a consultant to the business on best-in-class talent acquisition practices that enable the organization to attract, acquire and retain the talent needed to drive the Brown-Forman people and business strategy. This position acts as a key collaborator with the European and IMEA business leaders and human resource partners to deliver high-quality recruiting experiences for candidates and the business. This position also supports the VP Director of Talent Acquisition with the strategic thinking and implementation of Talent Acquisition work.

Talent Acquisition - Lead the talent acquisition function for the European and IMEA Regions (1000 FTE). This person and their team will be responsible for full life cycle talent acquisition (research/sourcing/resume review/screening/interview process/execution of hire).
Ensure that all aspects of the selection and recruitment process are followed including researching and implementing cost-effective sourcing and screening methods, behavior-based interviewing, and assessment tools. As well as ensures diverse slates and interviewer panels to deliver our D&I goals and ambitions
Has recruitment responsibilities for salaried roles from managerial to directors [L1 - B2] and other levels as needed. Additionally, partnering with the Senior Manager Executive TA on senior-level roles.
Facilitates and drives a recruiting and candidate management approach that focuses on high-quality interaction for all constituents, internally and externally.
Be the subject matter expert and be viewed as the go-to person on matters of European and IMEA recruiting process/strategy, candidate markets, competitive talent intelligence, etc.
Deliver comprehensive candidate pools through proactive sourcing channels including, but not limited to, internet recruiting, social media, networking, direct sourcing, associations, and advertising.
Manage the process of identifying global search/retained partners with strong networks in Europe when those services are needed in various challenging openings.
Deliver year-over-year improvement against core metrics that drive optimum execution within talent acquisition including quality of hire, agency usage, time to fill, etc.
Apply best in class D&I practices in the recruitment process
Constantly looks for ways to improve the TA Function as a whole and partners with VP Director GTA to implement
Team Leadership - Manage the daily activities of the Europe Talent Acquisition team, as well as their growth and development through ongoing coaching.
Assigns recruiting assignments to the team based on workload, function, or market specialty
Ensures that the capabilities of the TA team are evaluated and developed
Lead and actively participate in Global TA Projects to include B-F Diversity strategy and 2030 Ambitions.
Strategic Business Partner
Collaborates with senior leaders, business unit managers, and others as appropriate to develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan for the delivery of recruitment services to Europe and IMEA.
Proactively manage updates to the business and human resources on the progress, market feedback, challenges, and opportunities impacting the recruiting process of all open positions. The data will be rich in content and market feedback and ultimately add value beyond a status update.
Cultivate and foster strong working relationships with the European and IMEA human resource and total rewards partners to enable the delivery of highly qualified candidates to the business in a timely manner. These relationships will require coordination of resources for the process to be successful.
Provide consultation regarding the competitive marketplace and partner with managers, business-facing HR, and total rewards partners to facilitate an appropriate offer, providing a clear understanding of all aspects of the candidate's package to all internal stakeholders.

Education and Experience Required:
College/University degree in Business or related field; or equivalent years of experience
A minimum of 8-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience and 3-5 years of people leadership experience
Experience of having worked in and provided TA services to an international corporate environment (ie. international structures, business models, and global complexity.)
Experience in a business-facing TA role
Demonstrated experience in recruiting aspirational talent globally
Creation of recruiting sourcing strategies using traditional and new media and channels
Extensive use of HRIT/Recruiting/Sourcing/CRM Technologies
What You Can Add to the Team
Experience working with a multinational company with headquarters outside of Europe.
Fluency in at least one other European language such as Polish, Russian, German, French, Czech, or Turkish
Experience in remote leadership
