Pricing Research Analyst We are currently looking for an EMEA Pricing Research Analyst based in either Belgium or France who is responsible for the research and resolution of pricing questions and discrepancies that may impact the accuracy of customer invoices. The Analyst will partner with various Cardinal Health and third party service provider teams critical to pricing accuracy including Finance, Commercial teams, Customer Service and Information Technology. The Pricing Research Analyst will also help provide additional coverage and capacity to Bids and Tenders team member(s) in each country, acting as a shared service for the EMEA region. Duties & Responsibilities: Works to understand complex functional situations by paying attention to the details of the tasks at hand and by breaking them down into smaller pieces Resolve price discrepancies to invoice the customer in a timely and accurate manner or correct prior invoices as necessary. Perform price research based on customer inquiry, bill blocks and other data (e.g., price metrics) validate and correct pricing in SAP and source files (Contract Manager and non-contract manager excel files). Support Bids & Tenders Manager in controlling pricing processes including:Daily execution of price loading and maintenance activities, ensuring complete and accurate price records for all customers and products Validate and monitor Contract Manager and non-contract file source files are successfully loaded in SAP via daily synchronization. Report on the weekly basis on the price accuracy metrics and Billing Block status Support continuous improvement of pricing and customer master data processes via IT-enabled and manual processes.
