POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to collaboratively work within commercial business operation domain and applying business expertise to implement SAP ( Sales & Distribution ) capabilities and other commercial sales related tools & technologies to support commercial business processes.
The business analyst role sits within business and is responsible leading a full range of activities across one or more programs or projects with a varying degree of complexity and scope, while partnering with IT, internal customers and other stakeholders. This role act as business partner function liaising with IT and commercial business functions.
This position provides in-depth functional process expertise in the business requirement gathering, business process/gap analysis, process engineering /re-engineering, writing functional specification, UAT script writing, testing to address project needs involving commercial operations with an aptitude to successfully and timely completion of all tasks/projects under direct and matrix control.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order to Cash - Functional requirement gathering, business process analysis, writing business requirement document and Testing to support on-going & strategic projects.
Establish relationship and work collaboratively with cross functional & IT teams and maintain optimum service levels, including pursuing continuous improvement of business operations processes, using industry and SAP (OTC/SD) “ best practices ”.
Perform functional analysis of core commercial business operations processes (Order Management, Sales Operation, Contract Mgmt. and Customer Master) and propose appropriate solution; using SAP (OTC/SD) and SAP Integrations.
Partner with peers when coordinating business process analysis, testing and problem-solving across business operations functions. Build collaboration by encouraging trust, mutual respect, and shared purpose among team members.
Demonstrate proficiency in areas of SAP (Order to Cash/Sales & Distribution) business process analysis, testing, requirement gathering, security and data privacy.
Continually strive to provide more efficient or higher-quality products and services to respond to customers' needs. Routinely seek customer feedback and incorporate the data into strategies and action plans and must appreciate the overall benefits and impact on the supported business organizations.
TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience (in years):
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related business process with 5+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience
Knowledge and skills:
5+ years of hands-on Order to Cash business analysis experience, primarily using SAP (OTC/SD) module, and min 5 years of track record in delivering multiple business applications solutions using SAP (Sales & Distribution), SAP Integrations, Salesforce (Sales & CPQ), Winshuttle, RPA (UiPath) and eCommerce.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and communications skills are vital, including strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and Communicate/ interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to lead and manage SAP(OTC/SD) enhancements and work in a team environment & interact effectively with others by making customer satisfaction and solution quality/integrity high priorities for self and team.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in completing various, multiple and changing business priorities, requirements, and projects.
Must be self-motivated, demonstrate a “can-do” attitude and be a "results" driven individual with a positive attitude for a timely delivery of agreed upon solutions.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in RPA (UiPath).
Experience in eCommerce application.
Certification in SAP SD module is preferred.
Experience in Winshuttle and SFDC (Sales and CPQ) platform.
Working experience in a Medical industry/ FDA regulated environment is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ABILITIES:
Ability to work in an office environment.
Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
