To support our strong growth, we are looking for a Business & Data Analyst to join our Business Ops team. The team is currently composed of 2 CRM Engineers and 1 Junior Business Ops.

Our objective is to provide the different departments with all the tools necessary to generate new business and provide them with the insights necessary to accelerate our growth. This position is key to achieving our growth objectives, you will have the opportunity to work with all departments (Growth / Sales / CSM / Finance / Marketing) on the following topics:

Data Analysis:

Implement new business dashboards and maintain existing onesProvide business insights for the different teams (Growth / Sales / CSM / Marketing)Document and train users

Data Quality:

Implement and maintain our Sanity CheckWork with our Engineering team to correct data failuresEnsure that our CRM data is complete and correct

Accounts Base Management:

Manage the quality and frequency of account data updatesManage data anomaliesWork with our various service providers for data enrichmentSelect and maintain enrichment tools

We are looking for:

A business profile, customer oriented and result oriented. A first significant experience on this type of position (2 years minimum). Business profile, customer oriented and result oriented. Must be proficient in SQL and familiar with at least one Data Viz tool. Good command of English is imperative. Big plus if first experience in a fast growing start-up.
