The team:

You will be part of the Growth Team, made of 12 people who test and deploy every day new solutions to grow the company's revenue by generating qualified leads.

Made of 3 sub-teams (Demand Generation, Operations, Activation), the Growth Team is responsible for 80% of the company's revenue. Be ready to board a rocket!

Your manager will be our Demand Generation Lead and your missions will lead you to work with the Demand Generation, Content, Marketing teams.

Your mission in the team:

You will join The Demand Generation Team, responsible for managing multi-channel campaigns that attract leads thanks to quality content.

As the SEO Manager, you will be instrumental in the success of our Inbound strategy. You will own all SEO activities and work closely with the content team to make sure organic search remains our #1 revenue source.

What you will be responsible for:

Strategy & implementation

Lead, define and implement SEO strategy across North America, EMEA, APAC, accordingly to business priorities Identify SEO opportunities to grow traffic and engagement in line with business success metrics (Leads, MQLs, SQLs, Opps, Customers) and SEO performance metrics (Traffic, Rankings). Develop and implement backlink campaigns

Reporting & analysis

Implement strong reporting and provide analysis + recommendations on a regular basis Track performance of the content you optimize and communicate key insights and obstacles to the teams Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend growth strategies

Collaboration

Work closely with the Content teams to help them create SEO optimized content Collaborate with the Website team to make sure our website is technical optimized for SEO Feed the Demand Generation with keyword insights & opportunities

What we look for:

You have 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within a B2B SaaS company You have solid experience leading & implementing a company's SEO strategy. You can show the direct impact that your SEO efforts have had on a company's business KPIs Adept at keyword search and traffic analysis to test hypotheses for content effectiveness and make adjustments to achieve business outcomes You possess keen analytical skills and are comfortable using data to identify insights that drive strategies and solutions Strong grasp of SEO tools and resources (e.g., Google Analytics, AH Refs, Google Search Console etc.) You know how to manage & challenge agency partners develop, launch, optimize & report on SEO strategy and actions You have very strong Project Management skills, with the ability to plan, execute and report You are a self-starter, able to own projects & take initiative in a fast changing environment You are fluent in written and spoken English
