What will you contribute?

Reporting to the Fusion Risk & Analytics Product Manager, the Business Analyst will collaborate with the Development and Product Management teams on product requirements, design, documentation, and risk mitigation strategies. Participate in business case development, market research and competitive intelligence analysis. Define functional specifications and liaise closely with the development team to ensure high quality solutions to our customers. Deal with the various risk metrics managed by our Risk & Analytics solution (VaR, PFE, CVA, Stress-Tests, Market sensitivities and Risk ladders views in particular) on the full stack (UI design, backend workflows/ APIs, pricing library).

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Recommendations and features definition to address market opportunities. Follow-up development and draw clear functional specifications. Test the solution (market use cases, stress tests, performance) Participate in client’s requirement analysis Internal (Sales, Pres-Sales, Product Management) and external Demos (Partners, Clients). Act as a team lead for dedicated project by facilitating meetings, workshops and focus groups.

What do we expect from you?

3 years of experience as a business Analyst or in Risk Management in a Bank. Master’s degree in science (quantitative finance, applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics) or a business school with a specialization in risk management. CFA or FRM would be appreciated Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in French and English. Strong knowledge in financial derivatives and Risk Management concepts Financial industry experience is a strong advantage. Ability to work within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
