We are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Traffic Acquisition Manager H/F to join our corporate Digital Marketing Team entity based in Puteaux (92).

Mission and Brief of duties

In your role you will be responsible for maintaining a top-quality digital environment to ensure optimized digital marketing for customers and prospects, to improve engagement and retention, and to generate leads.

Within a global environment, you will be well-practiced in managing digital projects, in coordinating several actions at the same time, and have a good understanding of the digital marketing value, always being "customer centric".

Under the responsibility of the Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our traffic acquisition with the main goal to improve our website’s traffic and visibility on search engines.

Scope: GLOBAL: Corporate and Countries

Visibility and traffic - SEO and campaigns actions to run in collaboration with the agency and the digital marketing network

Identify, implement, and optimise SEO strategic actions (technical, content, link building)Monitor progress and actions carried out by the agencyCreate and edit new effective content and identify content to be optimisedIdentify, design, and follow up online searchIdentify new opportunitiesProvide visibility on global and local marketing network actions

Data follow up

Monitor and analyse key traffic acquisitions metric and content performanceProvide monthly reports and share analysesInvestigate on keywords and market trendsBudget management and recommendations

Support the marketing network

Implement, train, and share SEO best practices with the marketing network (about 25 people)Assisting the digital team with digital operations at key times

The successful candidate will have/be

4 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing

Excellent communication and editing skills

A very good knowledge of search engines and how they work,

Advanced knowledge of natural referencing (technical SEO),

Mastery of specific SEO/SEA tools (Google Ads, GMB, Google Search Console, SEMrush ...,)

A mastery of analysis tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio)

Knowledge in tagging strategy and tools (Google Tag Manager)

Analytical skills and mastery of spreadsheet and intelligent reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)

Fluent English

Google Certification
