Pricing Analyst – Your future position?

As a Pricing Analyst in our Fragrance Division based in Argenteuil and Paris Kleber, you will be responsible for price setting, protecting, securing and improving gross margin. Reporting to the Lead Pricing Analyst, you will interact with all the cross-functional key stakeholders in the pricing process for both local and regional customers for the fine fragrances division in Europe.

In this exciting role you will:

Guarantee timely and qualitative delivery: You will be responsible for Price setting and Maintenance. You will take care of ongoing pricing activities such as computing standard pricing of fragrance products, maintaining price lists, providing target costs and price monitoring processes. You will provide pricing recommendations for briefs to Sales and Technical groups. You will manage price increases and adjustments following Management decisions. You will validate new rebates and Agent agreement contracts and review Agent commissions. Under supervision of the Lead Pricing Analyst and the Regional Head of Pricing, you will provide financial analysis and make recommendations regarding financial and other incentives related to core lists with fragrance division customers in Europe. 

Achieve Compliance: You will guarantee compliance with the Pricing Policies and Guidelines. You will ensure data maintenance and quality as well as the alignment of data in the pricing systems. You will monitor and protect gross margins.

Provide Pricing recommendations to the Commercial Organization with supporting analysis based on Pricing Policies and market activity.

Work cross-functionality with Sales, Controlling, Operations and Evaluations to support business needs. Participate in several interactions and meetings with those functions.

Your professional profile includes:

Degree in Business, Finance, Engineer, or any other relevant discipline.

First experience as Analyst 

Fluent in English and French 

Proven ability to deal with complex IT systems.

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferably previous SAP experience.

Strong analytical and numerical skills
