The Position

Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Reports directly to Group Talent VP and supports the talent acquisition network by contributing to:

Analyse and monitor the recruitment end to end process at Imerys, Redefine the global recruitment process, Establish the most appropriate and efficient recruitment partnerships, Drive improvement of internal recruitment skills: sourcing, tools, methodology, …. Develop kpi to measure recruitment performance and drive improvement, Coordinate and animate the internal TA community, Develop the Imerys employer branding in collaboration with the communication team, Participate to the on-boarding and welcome sessions of new joiners, Develop schools and university relations, Rejuvenate graduates and interns recruitment Develop sourcing channels,

EXPERIENCE

Business Administration / HR studies Excellent level of English (working language) ~7 to 10 years experience in HR role, ideally in talent acquisition + HR Generalist roles
