Your mission and responsibilities
You are our Search Engine Marketing and Optimization expert and specialist. With 25K monthly unique visitors whose 20% are paid and 50% are organic, and an expected monthly growth of 3%, your role is key.

SEM:
Manage a growing AdWords budget on a weekly basis,

Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization,

Track, report and analyze website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns,

Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns,

Optimize copy and landing pages for SEM campaigns,

Optimize retargeting ads,

Affiliation and referencing partner management.

SEO:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies toward our website content, landing pages, etc.

Manage and coordinate relationship with our SEO agency and execute on their recommendations,

Research and analyze competitor advertising links,

Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.

Cross-team:
Recommend best practices and tools to get better results (for example we do not use Google Tag Manager as much as semwe should - We should look into Conductor, Screaming Frog or MOZ),

Work with our Web Master and Graphic Designer to create and optimize campaigns,

Report SEM/SEO data and transformation ratio across the IntuiFace acquisition funnel (visitors, sign-ups, usage, purchases, etc.).

Your profile
Above all, we are looking for a unique personality who dreams of having an active role in the success of a proud French start-up.

Ideally, we look for the following:
You already are an expert in the SEM/SEO field and you are managing an AdWords budget of 100K€+

You are very familiar with the Google AdWords and Analytics family of tools, and you are eager to educate yourself in the field to increase your expertise

You have an excellent level of English (French is only a nice-to-have!),

You love to share your deep technical knowledge of the SEM/SEO field with clarity, pedagogy and ...patience

You are eager to understand IntuiLab’s market and business to be accurate and contextual in your job

You are passionate about healthy human interaction: you are a good, patient listener who likes to understand and solve problems,

You are extremely rigorous with strong analytical skills, a logical mind (very important in this job!) and numerical aptitude,

You love being part of a team, accepting responsibility and reporting results, even in difficult situations.
