Be at the forefront of combating counterfeit drugs and ensuring patient safety through cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serialization and Counterfeit Prevention

Spearhead the implementation and management of the Serialization Temper Evidence Product Safety (STEPS) program.
Collaborate with manufacturers, packagers, distributors, and logistics providers to ensure seamless traceability of prescription drugs.
Oversee serialization processes from production to distribution, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

2. Artwork and Packaging Compliance

Drive Packaging Artwork Compliance and Technology (PACT) initiatives for streamlined artwork lifecycle management.
Integrate with SAP, VEEVA, and other applications to optimize packaging processes.
Ensure packaging integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective communication through artwork.

3. Business Relationship Management

Champion extreme customer-centricity by placing the customer at the core of all initiatives.
Address customer pain points, implement quick wins, and foster strong relationships with business functions.
Provide transparency on project progress, risks, and countermeasures through regular meetings.

4. Project and Demand Management

Lead and oversee the successful delivery of projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders from project roadmap to launch.
Analyze project proposals, determine time frames, and coordinate deliverables.

5. System Governance and Support Management

Ensure high-level service delivery to the corresponding business units.
Monitor and manage Application Managed Service (AMS) support tickets for quick resolution.
Take ownership of technical and functional architecture for Ipsen’s PACT & GLAMS platforms.

Key Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial IT, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in the Pharma Industry within a GxP environment.
Proficiency in serialization
Experience working with Tracelink.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
