What’s stopping you from joining our award winning team?About The RoleThe role of the Talent Acquisition is to find and attract top talent within the digital marketing industry. This role will work alongside the wider Talent Acquisition and support with the recruiting activity, specifically in France, EMEA and US.Responsibilities Actively source and recruit for current vacancies as well as establish strong talent pools and facilitate a sufficient pipeline for Jellyfish’s ambitious growth plans.Obtain a strong and in-depth understanding of the requirements of the individual teams at Jellyfish in order to fully pre-screen and qualify suitable candidates.Build and maintain strong relationships with both passive and active technical candidates within the digital marketing sector across all of our specialist full service capabilities such as: Paid Media, Analytics, Engineering, Client Management etc.Work on roles across several regions (South Africa, India, Israel, and additional markets as needed) in all sectors of the business, sending CVs and arranging interviews, whilst also ensuring timely feedback is provided to all candidatesKeep up to date with current innovative recruitment techniques in order for Jellyfish to stay competitive in the marketplace. Attend networking and industry eventsEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, as well as working closely with HR, whilst also providing ongoing support to the wider Recruitment team. Requirements What you’ll need Experience of working in a digital marketing recruitment role, either with an internal recruiter roleExperience with using resourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Job boards.Experience of successfully managing a high volume of positions (20+ roles across numerous geographies)Experience with using applicant tracking systemsA passion for closing the roles ????Key attributesExcellent attention to detail and very organiMaintains a diplomatic and professional approach to work in all circumstancesAccountable and responsive ; able to deliver outcomes effectivelyDisplays a consistent level of evident enthusiasmFlexible, versatile and copes well with fast paced environment Has high personal standards and promotes them in othersA valued team member, who upholds Jellyfish's values and professional integrity at all times Benefits Private Health InsurancePension PlanHybrid environment (60% at home)Training & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
