The role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join Kindred Group's Analytics team. Kindred Group are a group of brands created by a diverse group of individuals. The Analytics team use large volumes of data from a range of sources to understand our customers' playing behaviour, their interests and motivations, the effectiveness of our marketing spend and much more.
This role will be based in our Paris office and embedded within our commercial team to ensure data insights are at the heart of our commercial and operational decisions.
We're looking for an experienced data analyst with strong business acumen that can take the initiative and drive analytics projects.
What you'll be doing
Use data analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making, improve commercial and marketing effectiveness and optimise operational efficiency
Work with the France General Manager and other key stake-holders to understand business goals and identify analysis projects that support these goals.
Communicate findings of analysis throughout the business.
Manage and deliver full cycle analysis, from designing and agreeing objectives up to presentation of results and follow-through.
Ensuring required reports and KPIs are in place to support decision making

Experience and skills
Experience of data analysis in a high data volume commercial organisation.
A record of turning data insights into actionable solutions.
Strong Experience of R programming language (RMarkdown, Shiny and other R packages is essential).
Experience in SQL
Able to bring insights to life with effective data visualisation and compelling presentation skills.
Understanding of multivariate and predictive analytics techniques.
Understanding of building segmentations and associated marketing strategies.
Experience in turning non-technical business requirements into clear analytics briefs.
Degree preferred in computer science, statistics, economics or other math/science related field.
Knowledge of the gaming industry would be an advantage.
Fluent in French and English
