General Purpose:

Given this variety of functionality and workflows, there is an emphasis on the user interface and experience within Kyriba to ensure a seamless and relevant experience for our users.

As a Kyriba UI Business Analyst , you will be responsible for developing requirements, designing solutions, and gathering feedback in support of customer requested enhancements and new features. Alongside, you will collaborate with Product Managers and UX/UI designers to research, understand, and define how to continuously enhance the user experience. In your role, you will document findings into requirements and use cases that will be used for development and testing phases. As a BA, you will provide relevant acceptance test criteria and work closely with Developers and QA to ensure they have correctly interpreted the specifications. You will work closely with the Product Managers to monitor and manage the progress of feature deployments and feedback cycle with our customers. Your role also consists of working with Customer Care and Client services support team members, interacting with internal users to identify root causes for issues.

You should be a self-starter who takes initiatives, passionate about UI and UX design, experienced in agile working environments, and a team player who can work with business stakeholders to understand business needs, drivers, and direction in order to align initiatives appropriately into releases. The product and role are global in nature, and you will primarily work with teams in France, Poland and US. This role will report directly to a Product Owner in user interactions team and will work with designers on a daily basis.

Role & Responsibilities:

Participate to the design of intuitive and practical features.

Facilitate the work between the UI/UX designers and the developers.

Gather requirements from users: business analysis, user groups, focus groups, user analytics…

Understand and represent users in product decisions with cross-functional aspects.

Participate in modernizing the user interface.

Perform user research to establish requirements that will best meet client needs

Write detailed specifications for local and offshore developers to execute.

Track all work in JIRA user acceptance tests of functionality

Execute user acceptance tests of functionality delivered by development teams

Communicate project status regularly to product owner

Track and report status and other metrics against goals on an ongoing basis

Work with remote QA teams to develop testing plans

Ensure completion of operational and technical documentation prior to software release for each application or system

Establish and adhere to applicable best practices

Adhere to project management best practices

Qualifications

Passionate about designs and smart user interfaces.

Detail oriented and searches for practicality.

At least a first experience in User Experience projects

At least 1 year of experience in treasury

Working experience in a SaaS environment

Working experience in an Agile environment

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience with JIRA preferred

Experience in A/B testing is a plus.

Desire to work with teams in multiple countries, across time zones

Fluency in English
