Cooper Consumer Health is an independent leading European OTC company, with revenue of 550M€+. Our brands are market leader in beauty food supplements, vitamins, well-being, medicated skin care and hygiene across Europe (Oenobiol, Lashilé, Valdispert, Excilor, Mag2, Insect Ecran, Pouxit, Roter, Dagravit, Foille…).

Germany has been identified as one of the major growth driver market for the group in Europe in the next coming years.

We have a big ambition in this market and we want to start with the e-commerce channel, which already represents more than 25% of selfcare sales, driven by big e-pharmacies platforms (ShopApotheke, DocMorris…) and Amazon.

Based in our Headquarters in Paris (France), reporting directly to our Group executive E-commerce director and a dotted line to our group export director, you will have full responsibility for the German e-commerce P&L.

As Ecommerce Manager for Cooper Consumer Health you will have full responsibility for the Ecommerce in your country, implementing our european e-commerce strategy and delivering financial targets.

The German E-commerce manager is responsible for :

Sales: delivery of the annual budget plan through E-JBP & activity plans with the major e-pharmacies, Health & Beauty platforms and Amazon
Marketing : E-Activations and E-commerce media on and off platforms
Supply Chain : Manage the required stock for E-Sales - Customer supply. Support product availability through forecasting and managing stock levels in the market
Finance & reporting : Follow country P&L and produce monthly sales updates

What we are looking for :

· >3-5 years experience in high growth environments, ideally in eCommerce

· You are a top performer and want to take on a new exciting challenge

· Entrepreneur and growth mindset

· Team Player

· Data and results oriented

· German market knowledge is prefered

· Language: German mandatory (native language or bilingual), English or French mandatory.
