We are looking for a strong details-oriented and technical profile who will commit to transform data into an asset and bring Ledger data oriented culture to the next level.

Your responsibilities

Design, create reports, and build analyses that drive action. This includes assessing business needs from Sales Operations, Sales Leader, Account management and product teams. Nurture a data driven culture within the Ledger Enterprise Services team. Collaborate broadly with internal stakeholders to implement new data/analytics reporting and tools. Create and deliver presentations to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations. Train and educate end-users from Ledger Enterprise Services in our tools and data analysis / business intelligence approaches.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or relevant fields Proficiency with SQL, Python will be considered a real plus Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau is a plus) Outstanding written and verbal skills in English, another language is a plus Business-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and report on complex technical issues Culture of SaaS companies and KPIs Knowledge about the crypto market is a plus Knowledge od Salesforce is a plus - as this is a key data source for us
