Your role:
As a SAP Hybris Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the agile further development of our international E-Commerce solution and will support the rollout of the online shop.

You will be the interface between the technical department and development and the primary contact for receiving new requirements.

Within this context, you will structure complex topics, put together work packages and accompany the implementation from the analysis right up to the final quality acceptance.

You will take on the definition of new processes and develop solutions together with colleagues from development and quality assurance.

You will always keep the overview on the overarching processes and will assist the integration as well as the connection of third-party systems in our E-Commerce systems landscape, for instance.

Alongside process mapping and definition, you will also be responsible for compiling the documentation.

Furthermore, you will carry out feasibility studies, submit risk evaluations and in doing so form the initial basis for project decisions.

To do so, you will always keep an overview of the entire existing IT architecture.

Your profile:
Successfully completed degree in (Commercial) Information Technology or Business Studies
with a high affinity for IT

Well-founded professional experience as a Business Analyst with the current versions (from version 5) of the SAP Hybris platform, in particular with PCM, WCMS, HMC and HAC

Relevant knowledge in the field of requirements analysis and requirements engineering

Knowledge in the supervision and further development of web platforms

Pronounced conceptual and analytical understanding as well as team and communication skills

Certification as a Hybris Business Analyst desirable

Experience with Jira & Confluence advantageous

Sound knowledge of German and English
