Our Clinical Data Manager will be responsible for managing all data management activities, from start-up to database lock, across multiple global medical device clinical trials while ensuring quality and compliance standards are aligned with applicable regulations, Good Clinical Data Management Practices, and corporate standard operating procedures.

We have some pretty big objectives ahead of us right now. My team is working on strategically moving from paper-based clinical studies to more efficient electronic data capture clinical studies. I am the Head of Data Management, and we are a small but very busy and fast paced team. We believe that for us to be successful as a team, we must be able to communicate effectively. For you to fit in, working quickly and very accurately with keen attention to detail will be a must. A CDM for our company needs to have at least five years’ experience in a clinical data management team during study start-up, conduct, and database lock phases in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry. You must have technical expertise in understanding and implement clinical data management methods along with experience in the design, build, and validation of EDC platforms and a clinical understanding of medical terminology and adverse event reporting. A degree in a life sciences field is preferred.
