Looking for experienced financial services Business Analysts with secured lending and/or mortgages experience, at consultant and senior consultant level. This role offers the chance to deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with a leading financial institution.

Will work on a trading application being a Front to Back Cross Asset Multi-Entity trading&wealth management platform. It is designed to be adaptable to changing requirements of business.
It is fully scalable in order to improve implementation and delivery efficiency with plug-and-play business workflows.
The aim of the role is to be part of a team to deliver end to end functionalities on a Front to Back trading Platform.

Responsibilities

Be an integral part of the design, implementation, and testing on Lending services trading platform implementation
Gather requirements by conducting workshops and discussions with the business teams/SME's.Analyze, evaluate, and verify requirements by working closely with other development ,verification team members & Business representatives.Document the requirement and provide proper acceptance criteria.Create user stories , use cases and scenarios for the given requirementsWork and communicate in a cross-functional Global team comprised of BA, Developers, project managers and support representativesTesting & confirming if the development is as per the of the features requested.Proactively provide status, raise issues, and communicate necessary information to ITPL and/or appropriate team members on a regular basis via daily stand-up meetings, one-on-one meetings.Participate in discussions and/or presentationsFacilitate and assist in the task estimation process related to activities in an Agile environment

Skills

Must have

Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills.An understanding of lending products (eg. Project Finance, Acquisition Finance, Real Estate Finance, Shipping Finance etc).Experience of lending and/or mortgages in either a project, program, or operational environmentExcellent presentation and communication skills.Long experience (10 years) in the lending areaUnderstanding the different types of Assets being bonds, equities, hedge funds stakes, etc.. - Understanding Risk Management related to Structured Lending - LTV calculation, management of collaterals
Analyzing Multi-factor request analysis (risk, pricing, structuring features,...)Understanding Dynamic risk management (monitoring, hedging, ...)Knowledge related to Workflow and risk management system as well as Hedging strategy frameworkManaging financial models with changing information and alert senior staff to changes where necessary.Provide support to senior members of the team at all stages of the deal, including analysis, modelling, origination, due diligence and execution.
