Headquartered in London, we also have offices in Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam, together with warehouses and showrooms in the UK and Europe, and we plan to grow further.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING
As a key member of the French team, youll help to develop MADE.COM on the French market. Based in our Paris office, youll work closely with our external partners, marketing, brand as well as studio teams, a group of dedicated professionals who work hard to make our business and the MADE.COM brand stand out.
We have a challenging schedule and high business expectations, so youll need to be able to get up to speed without compromising on attention to detail. For the right person, this is a chance to gain valuable experience in brand, merchandising, web marketing and e-commerce and to join a fast-growing, award-winning e-commerce company thats shaking up the furniture business.
Directly reporting to the General Manager France (DG), your main responsibilities will :

Be in charge of performance (budget, traffic, revenue and ROI) with direct partners for different channels (Affiliation, comparison partners, Display, Shopping, Retargeting)

Be responsible for the budget and results for all Non Brand Channels, including SEM and Paid Social (closely work on a daily basis with our market experts based in London) Collaborate with the Online Marketing team in London to own and present the overall Performance Marketing numbers Develop all creatives and tests with our studio team to grow our acquisition traffic Be very proactive in proposing new tests or partnerships Report daily / weekly and monthly on performance Assist the MD in setting up monthly targets for all Non Brand channels (sales, budget, traffic) and define yearly budget. Maintain the reporting tools for France Track voucher codes for all non brand activity Be in charge of Mainland Europe creative for affiliation and retargeting
WHAT YOULL NEED
Highly analytical / metrics and performance driven comfortable using Excel to generate actionable solutions to marketing questions based on complicated sets of data from various different data sources. Experience with web analytics packages (Google Analytics) 3-5 years experience (e-commerce or agency side) Technical skills is a plus - Knowledge of Product feed software is a plus Entrepreneurial, energetic and self-motivated, with good communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to keep focus for long periods of time The ability to manage your own workload/organisation as well as project manage and coordinate several teams Taking initiatives: you'll need to be efficient and proactive in bringing about improvements, but also flexible as and when required Perfect understanding of customer value Happy working in a fast-paced environment and managing strict deadlines Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Regular travels in our HQ Office in London An interest in design and furniture
