We're looking for a senior analytics manager to join our growing team (20+).

Work closely with the team to lead and help everyone to reach their expectations and grow.
BE impact driven and aimed to find the best solution with a close collaboration with Product and Business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of data engineers, analytics engineers and ML Ops to develop Malt's data platform and power the product, 3rd parties, analytics and machine learning applications across the company
- Partner with data, product and business leaders across Malt to inform the roadmap and strategy
- Empower the teams across Malt to answer data questions quickly and easily by building high-quality ground truth data sets, metrics and dashboards.
- Hire and grow best-in-class talents and cultivate diversity in the team
- Advance the Data disciplines at Malt, including driving data best practices such as improving the data ecosystem, building new data tools and data sets, data education around the company and mentoring and developing others.

About you
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience and a degree (Masters or PhD is a plus) in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research).
- Track record in leading and growing a team (2+ years of management)
- Experience working with tech and product; experience partnering with internal teams and delivering quality data products
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python. Spark is a plus.
- Experience with Airflow and Google Cloud Platform (or similar)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and cooperative attitude that fosters collaboration and teamwork both inside and outside the department
- Ability to make thoughtful decisions in real time to provide support and solve problems as they arise
- Organized, seasoned and strategic multitasker, with a hands-on approach to solving problems and accomplishing tasks in short turnarounds as needed
- Comfortable in navigating and excelling in fast paced environments with no playbook for success, and able to simplify
- Experience in marketplaces, growth, scaleup and IPO readiness are a plus.
