As our Service Business Analyst for South Europe, Middle-East & Africa, your main goal is to identify service sales and performance improvement opportunities for our service organization through analysis of our available data. You will do this by creating insightful reports and ad-hoc analysis. The data you use can be financial, customer, installed base, market, operational etc. As an end result of your work, you support the service organization to increase sales and profitability, improve customer satisfaction as well as our service operations effectiveness and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Your analytical and communication skills will allow you to:

Gather and analyze business data to follow up business performance and identify improvement opportunities, both ad-hoc and on a regular basis. Advise management (both solicited and unsolicited) on relevant findings. Perform analysis to identify new service sales opportunities in the installed base to grow the pipeline of opportunities. Present and communicate opportunities to service sales and equipment sales network. Maintain information to a consistent high quality and availability, through quality reporting and providing training in processes, systems and tools to enter and access data.

What we’re looking for

Degree in Mathematics, Business Engineering or Business Economics preferred, combined with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Analytical and data driven mindset; comfortable with big datasets. Experience in extracting data from various sources of information. Power BI, advanced Excel, big data or similar is a plus. Excellent written and spoken English; other languages from the region South Europe, Middle-East and Africa is an advantage. Comfortable in interaction within a culturally diverse region; Self-starter and easy communicator that drives use and supply of data, improvements, and collaboration.
