YOUR MISSIONS

Lead & grow global Maria Galland digital capabilities & manage a solid technical foundation Establish the online business strategy & goals including P&L and online budget Full responsibility for setting E-Commerce plan, net revenue and budget forecasts to meet business objectives Online acquisition strategy management: this includes customer acquisition, digital experience on our webshop, email marketing, social media and digital analytics Manage overall E-Commerce business and direct day-to-day operations to optimize the user experience & ensure quality performance of all aspects of the omnichannel experience Provide expertise on current Ecommerce industry best practices & identify new areas of E-Commerce opportunities Global Project coordination as main point of contact for IT and agencies (roadmap, priorities, Interfaces, ERP adaptation & enhancement, Domain names etc.) High supportiveness to all stakeholders, advising on digital to help drive more & qualitative brand visibility and optimize user engagement (this also include Beauticians online activities) Team management: driving, mentoring, growing and motivating the E-Commerce team to ensure all objectives are met

YOUR EDUCATION

Master’s Degree or equivalent specialized in Digital Marketing At least 7 years in similar position and in an international environment

YOUR STRENGTHS

Proactive and business driven both mindset and actions Sensitivity to premium and luxury category and willing to work in start-up environment / mindset Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organization (fast paced environment) Knowledge in traffic management (SEO+SEA) and strong analytical skills Experience in customer acquisition and retention Strong drive project management skills (thinker & doer), good communication skills and team spirit Background in beauty industry is a big plus Fluent French and English, German knowledge would be appreciated Leadership, dynamism, professionalism and rigor
