Reporting to the Head of Display & Affiliation Europe, you will be in charge of the following missions: Actively lead & grow online marketing channels (Affiliates and partners, App download & social ads) across a portfolio of brands and markets.
Propose and develop new business strategies to scale dating brands
Optimize campaigns based on performance marketing tactics with a strong focus on CPA & ROI

Specific Responsibilities

50% developping new and existing partners; 50% ongoing direct marketing acquisition and optimisation Responsible to deliver the acquisition KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis with a performance marketing approach Track campaign performance on a daily basis through various tools, including marketing platforms, internal BI systems, and Excel dashboards Efficiently grow affiliate performances and extend business opportunities on affiliate networks, with innovative direct partnerships, promotions or offers, etc Ongoing communication with affiliates and networks regarding campaign performances, you’ll organize monthly meetings and QBR next to a regular communication Optimize and develop tools / tracking with the acquisition support team Prepare monthly media plans taking into account strategies to launch new brands/segments/markets Good understanding of sign-up funnel and how to optimise the entire online marketing touchpoints

Qualifications and mind-set

Numerical and highly analytical as well as very strong communication skills Very VERY strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc) – Must be comfortable handling large datasets on a daily basis to track performance Solution-oriented and flexible – if there is a problem, you look for ways to fix it! Culturally - enjoys working in a fast moving, vibrant environment Passionate about our business and online marketing, naturally inquisitive Extensive experience with affiliate networks or as an affiliate is a major plus Ability to build/manage/leverage strong industry relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high proficiency in English and in French

Experience

3-4 years’ experience in high performance online mkt role, DR/acquisition focused - focussing on Affiliation / Social Ads and App Download Analytical & ROI focused, with a strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Business development experience Proven record in delivering successful DR/performance marketing campaigns What we offer Enhance your knowledge through e-learning, conferences, etc. Work-life balance Take advantage of spaces to collaborate and relax as well as outdoor spaces, all in the heart of Paris.
