To face our growth, we are hiring two Talent Acquisition managers.
Opportunity: Lead the recruitment of one of PayFit’s business vertical The TA Manager (TAM) owns, for its business vertical (Revenue or Product) and its different sub departments, all activities related to attracting, assessing, processing and closing internal and external top talent for PayFit. Therefore, she/he builds a close and trusting relationship with its stakeholders and constantly improves recruitment strategies to hire faster the best candidates wherever they are located in France, Europe or globally. The role is part of the People Team. The TAM manages a team of TA Business Partners and/or TA Specialists and reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. The Revenue vertical includes the Customer Success, Sales and G&A teams. The Product vertical includes the Engineering, Design and Product teams.
Your role Hiring and developing top recruiters to build a high performing TA team; Improving relentlessly processes, tools and practices by spotting proactively opportunities for improvement, designing, proposing, implementing, communicating and measuring impacts of solutions; Strengthen a culture of operational excellence within his/her team but also with the wider internal recruitment community; Collaborate closely with the People and other talent leads to support the business effectively Building trust with hers/his internal customers by managing the deliverables of her/his team: defining OKRs and managing workload, development plan, performance reviews; Keeping a high level of engagement and performance of the team; Leading, building and consolidating for the different businesses covered a yearly hiring plan (divided by quarters) and eventually identifying seasonalities to adapt required resources; Ensuring that recruiters in the team are actively participating in People projects; Building sourcing strategies (resources, budget, KPIs) for the different businesses covered; Ensuring a strong data integrity to generate reliable hiring activity reports available 24/7 Advising hiring managers concerning market update (profiles, skills evolution, talent locations…), skills shortage, market reputation... Build automated reporting (from the ATS or any sourcing tool used) to keep stakeholders up to date with the progress Educate and train hiring managers related to recruiting; process, interviewing... Initiate, participate in, lead improvement projects as required Communication with external parties Owns any actions that will grow PayFit's talent pool Role model diversity and inclusion hiring
This job has been tailored for you if... Min of 7/10+ years of relevant recruitment experience from either an agency or from a European or global company desired Proven success in matrix, multicultural organizations Ability to create, analyze and act upon recruitment management information Experience of sourcing candidates through different channels (inclusive but not limited to internet job boards, databases, direct sourcing, referrals, career fairs etc) Excellent level of the English language, both written and verbally High degree of self-management, autonomy & proactive attitude Ability to work under pressure with enthusiasm and energy in a flexible working environment High attention to detail, service minded and team player Solutions oriented High degree of integrity and confidentiality
