Your key missions:

The International Team is the bridge between Havana Club Brand Company and its distributors, the Pernod Ricard Market Companies. In this context, the Business Development Analyst is at the heart of the business and works closely with the Market Activation Managers from the International team and Havana Club functional departments (Marketing, Finance, Logistic) to support the implementation of the global brand and business growth strategy.

The Business Development Analyst monitors and analyses the brand performance across all strategic markets. He supports the Market Activation Managers with identifying opportunities and risks for the brand’s development worldwide.

This position includes both quantitative and qualitative analyses of the brand performance in markets, monitoring the trends and preparing reports and recommendations for decision making.

You will Be a key contact point and coordinator within the Havana Club International team (Market Activation Managers)

You will Conduct monthly (or quarterly) brand performance analysis to identify value and volume growth opportunities for the brand

You will Lead the preparation of the Export presentation for the monthly Havana Club Executive Committee meeting in collaboration with International Director & Market Activation Manager

You will Centralize and monitor the International team budget in strong collaboration with Market Activation Managers and HC Global Finance team

You will Monitor Sell Out performance of Havana Club in key strategic markets (via internal platform) and build relevant analysis to deliver to International team/Top Management

You will Deliver quarterly commercial reports and present key learnings to International Director/Top Management

You will Link with Market Activation Managers to review risks and opportunities in their markets and define action plan

You will Actively participate in the allocation process of the HC Prestige products to PR markets

You will Take part in the preparation of Havana Club annual budget process for the Export team (using new PR digital tools)

You will Lead the process of packaging labels adaptation (legal requirements) for PR markets when new products/packaging designs are developed, in collaboration with HC Innovation & Operations teams and PR markets

You will Link with Legal Team to make sure all trademarks are protected

You have Master’s degree graduate from Business School/ University (ideally specialized in Marketing/Finance)

You are full professional proficiency in English, Spanish and French

You have advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint

You have strong analytical skills with financial and commercial acumen, and have demonstrated experience in data management, analysis, and reporting

You have good communication skills, both written and verbal, to deal with all kind of audiences

You have entrepreneurial drive with strong capacity and willingness to work autonomously

You have an international mindset and ability to work effectively across cultures
