Your Team:
You will be mentored by the local leadership team in our Aix-en-Provence office You will collaborate with an international team of data analysts and technical experts on PTC products across the globe

Your Impact:
PTC technical support manages a large knowledge base of 120.000 articles created by 300+ engineers and accessed more than 10 million times per year by 30,000 customers. You will help analyze this complex dataset to identify trends, opportunities and risks and improve the quality of our knowledge base and the experience of our customers

Your Day-To-Day:
You will work with the PTC product experts to help them build jupyter notebooks and analyze their data more efficiently You will create dashboards for our KPIs You will create scripts to transform, aggregate and augment our datasets You will get coaching from other data analysts and data scientists across the globe to polish your skills

Your Skills and Knowledge:
Python, Jupyter notebooks, Pandas and visualization libraries (matplotlib, seaborn…) Relational Databases and SQL Knowledge about various statistical and modeling techniques and tools Knowledge about NLP and text Analytics would be a plus Excellent written & oral communication skills in both English and French
