As part of the Acquisition team of 10+ talented people, the Paid Acquisition Manager will be taking care of scaling Qonto's acquisition in a fast-paced environment within a subteam of 3 Paid Acquisition Managers led by Arthur Bouhanna.
The Paid Acquisition manager is responsible for putting our media buying ads acquisition to the next level and scale it on our 4 markets: France, Germany, Spain and Italy with a yearly global budget of 7 digits. The goal is to multiply by 2 our Paid Ads performances & conversions for our different targets : company founders, freelancers, CEO of SMBs, CFO of SMBs, through existing channels and new ones.
As a Paid Acquisition Manager at Qonto, you will
Define the paid acquisition strategy over our 4 markets (France, Italy, Spain and Germany)Determine & prioritize relevant projects & ideas to increase Qonto Paid traffic & conversionsExecute the strategy thanks to an ambitious and realistic roadmap: you will coordinate various stakeholders - marketing, design and local teams to deliver projects with clear deadlinesManage campaigns (performance & branding) across different channels including Facebook, Linkedin, Google Display, Snapchat, Twitter, Programmatic and many more!Analyze performances: you will identify global insights - main wins, drops & opportunities - through regular performance analyses and clear dashboards, and take action from them

About You
Specific SkillsGreat team player: you love solving problems with your teammates and working closely with other functions such as Marketing & design, local markets and salesExcellent analytical skills: you are data-driven fed by analysis but you know how to have creative ideas based on data insights
Core Skills
- Experience: you have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - in an agency, a consulting firm or an advertiserStrong digital advertising skills: you master at least one big advertising platform: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Programmatic, …Languages: you speak English fluently. French, Italian, German or Spanish is a plus.
- Academic Background: you have a Master's from a Business or Engineering School - or an equivalent degree
