As E-commerce & OMS Platform Manager, you are in charge 2 IT teams: e-commerce, and OMS.


You are primarily responsible to deliver the applicative roadmaps agreed with business, within planning, budget, and quality requirements.




Responsibilities :




1)Roadmap



Work with global business teams to evaluate new projects: challenge and qualify the needs, assess feasibility, deliver effort estimates, identify constraints and dependencies. Involve your teams in this process.
Ensure the committed roadmaps are in line with capacity of the respective teams.
Ensure dependencies from other domains are identified and secured.



2)Team management



Manage a team of 30+ resources (project managers, tech leads, developers, QAs…)
Ensure the team is always staffed with the right profiles; recruit for positions staffed internally and externally (with consultants)
Develop/grow team members.



3)Budget



Maintain and advocate for the ecommerce IT budget.
Ensure actuals are in line with budget.
Build the next budget revision, with business and IT counterparts.



4)Delivery



Allocate new projects to project managers, in line with their focus area, skills, and development plans.
Ensure ongoing projects are progressing as expected. Guide project managers through key project phases and review deliverables. Maintain a privileged relationship with business throughout the whole delivery phase.
Manage risks and dependencies: ensure other domains/stakeholders are aware of their deliverables which are prerequisites or dependencies for ecommerce projects. Advocate for prioritization of your projects in scope, raise alerts when needed.
Ensure e-commerce and OMS platforms stability; manage incidents whenever they occur (communication, impact analysis, recovery, root cause analysis…).
Ensure the team processes and organization is in line with the business goals.
Ensure our e-commerce and OMS platforms are always in line with the latest nonfunctional requirements: Salesforce platform version updates, security, group compliance…



Skills & Experience :





10+ year experience with IT project management, including 5+ years with e-commerce IT
5+ year experience managing IT teams, including several years managing teams of 15+ people; you are recognized as a leader and a team developer
Strong knowledge of the e-commerce retail business; you are identified as a business partner by e-commerce business teams, you understand their goals and challenges, and provide insights and solutions pertinent within our context, and aligned with industry best practices.
Extensive technical knowledge encompassing all technical stacks used on an ecommerce platform (including OMS)
Strong methodological and organizational knowledge, you can challenge and enhance the team organization, tooling and processes
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Knowledge of business processes and solutions covering the whole e-commerce value chain, including OMS, WMS, TMS, PIM, PSP, POS integrations… is a plus
Excellent English
Superior analytical and communication skills
Academic background: Master of Engineering or Informatics



This position reports to the Head of Omnichannel and CRM Solutions.
