We are looking for a Business & Strategy Analyst to join our teams based in Headquarters [Levallois Perret (92)].

Dimensions

In this position, you will have the intellectual satisfaction of accompanying our leaders in their strategic thinking and your main missions will be to:

· Contribute to strategic planning activities by providing internal and external data relevant to market & financial forecasting, capacity planning and strategic dialogue with entities

· Coordinate LTP business plan process at Saft level, and synthetize contributions from Saft entities

· Perform strategic and financial analysis, create relevant fact bases, develop economical tools, build and assess new business models to support corporate or division projects, strategic planning and strategic intelligence activities

· Actively participate in strategic intelligence activities, helping the Company develop an edge over competitors by detecting strong and weak signals related to strategic threats and opportunities

· Participate in corporate projects (new plants, JVs, acquisitions), ensuring economic evaluation, developing appropriate frameworks, assembling internal and external insights and driving appropriate conclusions and recommendations

· Synthesize and communicate key findings to decision makers within the company

Contexte et environnement

About The Team

· You will work within the Saft Corporate entity dedicated to business development & operational excellence

· You will be the unique analyst/economist at Saft’s Corporate level. This position will allow you to work directly with Saft divisions covering all activities domains and all geographical areas.

· This position will allow you to develop a global understanding and knowledge on all Saft’s businesses and applications ; Aerospace, Defense, and Performance (ADP), Connected Smart Energy (CSE), Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Industry, Mobility, and Infrastructure (IMI)

Profil recherché

For this position, we are looking for a candidate:

· eager to join an international affiliate that will help you grow fast and have impact

· interested by the challenges in front of the energy and battery markets in the years to come

· graduated with a Master's degree in Business/Finance or Engineering

· At least 5 years' experience in strategy, finance, or economist positions

· Strong analytical skills for business applications (excel), rigorous, mastering of financial & economical modeling

· High synthesis and communication skills (power-point). Strong autonomy and pro-activity

· Ability to work with strict deadlines

· Fluent in French and English
