The Servier Group is leading an ambitious digital transformation with the objective of becoming a "best in class Digital Performer" by 2030. To carry out the Servier Group's digital transformation, the Digital, Data and Information Systems Department (also known as "DDSI") leads and pilots the portfolio of programs and projects with a Digital, Data and IS component. In addition, the Servier Group, with its global geographical footprint, in Drug promotion dimensions, provides IT services and products daily, in addition to the projects to be conducted. This position is part of this global dimension.

The DDIS activities within the Servier Group are at two levels: a global IS Department and local IT and Business teams in the countries where Servier has a presence, for each of the Business Lines (US, R&D, Industry and Promotion).  

Servier launched an ambitious program to rollout the deployment of SAP 4 Hana (internally called “Jazz”) accross its affiliates. The coordination of global and local IS activities focused on finance activities by the adaption the new solution, the collection of IS and Business local needs, the coordination of the proper execution of the IS strategy and projects, the success of its digital transformation and the support of change are essential and value-creating activities.

To achieve this strategic bridge and adequacy between the global IS Management and the local departments, the IS International Department plays this key role. The Department is made up of 4 Regions under the responsibility of Regional Directors, each with a defined geographical scope. In addition, four Business Analysts with cross-functional activities in all regions support the IS Regional Directors and work closely with the other DDIS departments. The 4 transversal activities: Promotion, Industry, Finance, and IT Operations.

The main challenges of a IS Business Analyst Finance are:

Bi-directional liaison between IS Department and subsidiaries on Finance systems (SAP 4 Hana, Navision).
Demand Management: identifying and facilitating local issues with subsidiaries, to provide the most appropriate answers.
Captures trends in subsidiaries and provides them rapidly with a cross-business x IS analysis of these potential new opportunities.
Primary sensor of business satisfaction, close to IS users



Business relationship: a trusted "local" partner who facilitates exchanges with our business partners in subsidiaries
Challenge local needs to optimize use of the global capacity to deliver.
Educate subsidiary contacts about the constraints (and the benefits) of using global services and solutions.



Run and evolutions: ensure that solutions and IS (in particular the SAP ecosystem) are used to deliver maximum value to the business:
Customized information actions in coordination with Head office Business stakeholders and fully adjusted to the local context if deviations in use are observed.
Gathering of local needs and formatting to facilitate implementation of requested changes or propose new solutions.



Projects: as part of project teams, contribute during implementation phases.Acts as an operational relay for the project teams to ensure the smooth deployment of new solution in the subsidiaries. Priority given to the new SAP project for Servier affiliates.

IS Architecture: contribute to create and update application mapping of information systems and site finance ecosystems.

Missions

Partnership: You are identified as part of the Global IS Finance team, preferred Point of Contact for the stakeholders (Business and IT contacts) of the sites on your expertise, and you develop and maintain a trustworthy partnership over time. You will also be responsible for escalation with your management.

Business value and knowledge: You are identified as the IS Finance expert, bringing both the vision and operational answers of the business and IT needs, amending the IS proposals, and continuously proposing improvements, solutions or products.

Roadmaps: You are responsible for the consolidated visibility of roadmaps for your scope, identify risks and alerts, and communicate them to stakeholders.

Finance expertise: You are recognized expert by the stakeholders as an expert in your domain, keeping you alert on evolutions of the business practices, and IS finance solutions too.

Operate: You ensure daily that the IT products and services of the IS are operational and available, in close collaboration with the Operational teams in charge. For that, you collect, analyze, formalize business needs, and ensure it is consistent with IS delivery.

IS finance architecture: You contribute to get an update mapping of promotional IS solutions, for a better understanding of existing and targeting architecture and necessary changes to move forward.

Reporting: You create and update an accurate reporting to your management and team on the worldwide scope of our activities, show casing the activity, warnings, alerts, proposed mitigation actions.

Qualifications : With a higher education background, you have more than 5 years of experience in a similar position or in a business / environment (SAP).

Hard skills :

With a confirmed IT and finance background, you know and master the technologies and notions in terms of:

- SAP FI and CO

- SAP SD (sales & distribution) and MM (materials management) is a plus

- the knowledge on finance business processes

- the knowledge of other financial IT solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus

Leadership skills :

- Experience in teamwork required for the animation of local IT team members and business members

- You know how to inspire, mobilize, and convince

- You can interact with a variety of stakeholders, from management teams, business teams to end users

Soft skills :

- You are a team player and are involved in your daily work,

- You are curious, rigorous, and structured,

- You are eager to propose improvements, share them and prioritize them with your colleagues,

- You have very good oral and written communication skills, the ability to convince and influence, and the ability to synthesize. You know how to make sense of things and are a force of conviction/proposal with a variety of contacts in a context of transformation.

- Mandatory: English is your mother tongue or you speak fluently English and have already worked in an international environment.
