Job description
Under the responsibility of the Controlling Manager, the Junior Business Analyst will be in charge of the Opex / Capex / Projects, as well as the Sales Reporting.
She/He will produce and update Analytical reporting, as well as presentations, to provide a clear view on the performance of the organisation regarding the management of the expenses, run & projects, and also for the Sales.
She/He will mainly work on Excel, SAP, Opera & Tableau.
Main responsibilities :

Reporting Opex / Capex / Projects : She/he will be on charge of the update & analysis of the reporting. She/He will continue the work engaged to simplify and automate the reporting;She/He will work on the new layout of the reporting for 2022 that must be aligned with the last organisational structure, integrating the 2022 budget and including expected improvements;Reporting Sales (Sales Report) : She/He will update & analyse the Sales Report. She/He will pursue the work done to simplify and automate the reporting;Support ad hoc on various cross functional tasks as for example the P&L by Portfolio, the KPI update, the boards preparation…

Profile
Graduated on Management / Finance / Controlling in a Business School or equivalent, a first experience in a controlling department would be appreciated.
You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint). SAP would be a plus.
Well organized, you know how to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You can build good relationship and are a good communicator to with collaborators. Proactive, you also are attentive to details & how to resolving issues.
Fluent English is mandatory.
