As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Customer Success team. You will support configuration of new accounts and management of advanced features (analytics, database management) of the platform
The team is composed of three main areas:
Customer Onboarding, focused on deployment of new accounts (software configuration, training, project management) Customer Success Managers, owning the ongoing relationship with customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction and proper use of the solution Support team, managing inbound requests from users and escalation of technical issuesYou will be working closely with Customer Onboarding and Customer Success Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client needs for analytics and translate them into custom data analysis (Excel based) Manage advanced configuration of the platform for new and existing clients (configuration of rights, data updates, testing) Support improvements of business processes for Customer Success and beyond, working closely with the Product team Act as a product expert, deeply familiar with all functionalities.Why join us?
