As part of our Digital & Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Digital, you will work on various & exciting digital marketing projects in order to grow our revenue and profitability in our core markets (France, USA, Canada, and the UK).
The Digital Acquisition Manager role requires to be data-driven, as well as a knowledge of B2C customer acquisition (including SEO, SEM, remarketing…). The Digital Acquisition Manager needs to measure each acquisition lever in order to improve them.
Main tasks:
Setup and manage campaigns on relevant acquisition channels: Google Ads, Bing Ads, social ads, Amazon Ads, remarketing, SEO, emailing (working with other experts in the team) Analyze and monitor KPIs (campaign performance, ROI, commercial margin, customer acquisition cost, repeat rate…) UX: analyze user behavior on Skintifique website and partner websites to identify onboarding funnel optimization opportunities Technical: management and optimization of XML feeds and tagging system Support for other activities such as Customer Service, Sales fulfillment, B2B dealsWe are looking for Skintifique ambitions to become a world leader in the dermatology industry. Therefore, the ideal candidate will:
Be passionate about digital (if you are interested in skincare also, that is definitely a plus) and able to work in international environments and markets Be highly analytical (able to measure and optimize results) and focused on performance optimization (be ROI-driven) Be autonomous, creative, proactive, attentive and highly organized Possess an entrepreneurial test-and-learn attitude and always be on the lookout for areas of improvement (growth hacking mindset) Minimum one successful experience in digital traffic acquisition (internship included) Have a master’s degree from a business or engineering/technical school You will need to demonstrate your analytical skills in the interviewing process.Skills:
Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of Excel or other data analytics tools Knowledge of standard digital tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM…) is a plus Basic knowledge in HTML and/or Javascript is a plus Fluent in French and/or English (additional language is a plus) Impeccable business ethicsWorking at Skintifique
