Position Summary

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and innovation are key? If so, smartTrade invites you to take on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting and retaining top-tier talent.

Based in Aix en Provence and within the HR team composed of 5 team members, you will provide guidance for attracting top talent, define and facilitate the recruiting process, partner with line managers to create compelling job descriptions, and become the ambassador for our employer branding.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent, with a particular focus on the unique needs of the company.

2. Candidate Engagement: Foster positive candidate experiences by establishing strong relationships and communication channels, ensuring candidates feel valued and engaged throughout the

recruitment process.

3. Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with hiring managers and the HRBP’s to understand the

team dynamics, skill requirements, and business goals, providing strategic insights to enhance the recruitment process.

4. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscapes to inform talent acquisition strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the Fintech talent market.

5. Project Management: Lead and manage HR projects related to talent acquisition in collaboration

with the HR team, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and the achievement of project

goals.

6. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and enhancement of smartTrade's employer

brand, showcasing our unique culture and commitment to innovation to attract top talent.

7. Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse candidate

pool and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Position Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the IT/Technology industries.

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong diagnosis and analysis skills, ability to exercise good assessment.

- Good listening skills

- Fluent in English is a must
