The Data Catalog tool of Sodexo’s group was created to improve general data literacy in the company and allow for better access to data information and documentation.

We are currently looking for data knowledge management apprentice to accompany its framing and its deployment. It includes implementing processes, the documentation of business terms & data dictionaries and the design of more efficient ways of working between different domains of Sodexo organization.

This requires working closely with internal stakeholders across each domain of the group (Supply, Finance, HR, Marketing, …), as well as central team to ensure the projects are delivered on time and in compliance with the group framework. In addition to accompany the documentation of the data catalog tool, she / he will be responsible for driving Change Management initiatives. The ideal candidate must get a process approach, possess an appetite for technology solutions and good relational skills.

We are looking for the right mix of energy, skills, curiosity, experience, and drive to complete this journey with the highest of quality. She/he must have a combination of business, technical, organizational and communication skills.

You will work at the head office of the Sodexo group, located in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, accessible from Paris by RER C, Tram T2 from La Défense and Porte de Versailles or metro line 12.

MAIN MISSIONS

Accelerate the Data Catalog deployment by supporting the business in the structuring and the implementation of their glossary.
Help to maintain close partnership with stakeholders across the organization
Assist in developing communications and presentations related to know your data program
Implement change management among data knowledge management community and support communication around the Data knowledge management tool
Support the definition and the implementation of processes
Demonstrate active listening and provide feedback within the data office team

PROFILE :

Studying at BAC+4/BAC+5, Master of Science equivalent level in a Business/Economics or Engineering/Scientific field – preferentially with Data Analysis or Governance background - or equivalent practical experience
Basic knowledge of Databases structure and Data Management
Frequent usage of data for business analysis and data related projects
Ability to tailor communications as appropriate (workshops organization & conduction on a weekly basis)
Ability to leverage collective intelligence across multiple teams and being sensitive to different cultures, thanks to professional facilitation technics
Organized and delivery focused
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Fluency in English and French
