Sodexo has started a multi-year program: Data Acceleration Program.

Within DAP, Data Foundation are key to enable data projects. One major foundation that will serve DAP projects and other key projects at Sodexo is the Global MDM service.

After an RFP to select an MDM tool for all MDM initiatives at Sodexo, DAP will implement Informatica Cloud MDM. In FY22, 3 main projects will implement MDM

Reference data: This project will implement reference lists shared across systems within informatica & drive all management and governance around the accessibility of it
Site: This project will implement creation and management of Site Data across different systems (global and local). It will be deployed gradually on segments & regions
Supply UK&I: This project will implement an MDM for UK&I region on suppliers and products. Definition of processes, data model (distinguishing local and global data), deployment to region with alignment with existing MDM processes (SoOperating project particularly)

Main missions

Within Data Office, helping on both Projects Site MDM & ref data you will:

§ Run a Proof Of Concept for manual Site MDM

Follow & improve set processes
Refresh data
Test & gather feedback

§ Improve a quality dashboard for manual Site MDM

Build backlog with businesses
Write specifications
Test new functionalities
Gather feedbacks & plan remediations

§ Support on the run of Ref data

Creation of user stories in Devops following an agreed template & test them after delivery
Animation of business community
Build communication support & user guides

§ Support on Site MDM project

Animation of business workshops
Writing business specifications
Proceeding to UAT & managing end user test campaigns
Creating User guides and communication kits

Profile :

Master 2 Engineering or Business school degree (preferably with data majors)
First experience as Business analyst, Project manager or other missions related to Data
You’re very good at excel and have notions on Power BI (or strongly willing to learn)
Proactive, curious, rigorous, autonomous.
English & French are a must
