Role Overview

We are looking for :
- A Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic and passionate team within the Enterprise Business Services Platform of the Digital Technology division.
- Someone who is excited to BE part of a long-term roadmap, supported by a rich portfolio of products and with a strong focus on learning, growth, and expertise in the Salesforce Ecosystem.

We count on you for :
- Leading the requirements gathering and incident management activities for the Digital Customer Journey team and Global Business Units
- Validating requirements features through testing and implementing point-and-click solutions in Salesforce
- Working with internal stakeholders, architects, and developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Managing incidents and acting as the owner of all incidents on the dedicated scope throughout the entire lifecycle
- Performing testing activities to ensure release quality at different stages of the development cycle
- Writing and reviewing functional documentation to target different audiences
- Setting up Salesforce using declarative features such as security, automation, interface, and analytics
- Developing, maintaining, and executing processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications

You will bring :
- A strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and key platform concepts
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with the last 3 years as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience performing key accountabilities with autonomy
- Good experience in Sales Cloud and experience with Lead-to-Cash processes (e.g. CPQ, Contract Management)
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification is mandatory, other certifications are a plus
- Strong capability in converting unstructured requirements into Salesforce solutions, challenging business needs and providing high-level sizing
- Relevant problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
- Excellent client-facing written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with business users, architects, and developers for solution design definition
- Fluency in English, Portuguese or French are nice to have
- Experience working on Agile (Kanban and Scrum)
